Dimly offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. No credit card is required to start your trial. This gives you ample time to evaluate whether Dimly meets your needs before making a purchase.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date. No questions asked.

To request a refund, contact us at support@dimly.io with the email address used for your purchase. Refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

After the 7-day refund window, purchases are considered final.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax compliance, and payment processing on our behalf.
